We establihsed the ORCD Technical College in 2017, with a clear commitment to expanding access to quality technical education for disadvantaged communities. Recognising the persistent inequalities in rural areas—particularly in female education—the college places a strong emphasis on empowering women and girls through skill-based learning and vocational training. The institution is well equipped with a computer lab, reliable internet facilities, and a library, creating an enabling environment for both learning and self-development. In addition to supporting students at the intermediate level, the college places a strong focus on training local job seekers by providing practical, market-relevant skills that enhance employability. Through these initiatives, ORCD Technical College aims to promote economic independence and contribute to sustainable community development.
